Delete your EduBank account
Ask us to delete your account and the personal data that comes with it. We confirm it's really you with a one-time code, then complete the deletion within 40 days.
This can't be undone. Once your account is deleted you can no longer sign in, and your progress, EduCoins, badges and any remaining paid plan time are lost — paid plans are not refunded.
What we delete
- Your name, phone number, email, password and profile photo
- Your profile details — class, institution, bio and other personal fields
- Your notes, bookmarks and reading progress
- Your AI tutor chats, study plans and usage history
- Your notifications, notification settings and signed-in devices
- Any mobile-operator (carrier) subscription is cancelled, so the daily charge stops
What stays, without your name
- Exam results and statistics are kept anonymously, so leaderboards and question quality stay accurate
- Community posts and comments remain, shown as "Deleted user"
- Payment records are kept for 6 years, as Bangladesh tax law requires
None of these can be linked back to you once your account is deleted.
When it happens
- Today — you confirm the request with the code we send to your phone or email.
- Within 40 days — our team reviews it and deletes your account. Most requests are done much sooner.
- When it's done — we email you, if your account has a verified email address.
Changed your mind? Until it's done, you can cancel the request in the app under Settings → Account Information.
